Which works well with simpler problems; smoking, weight problems, nail-biting, exam stress, blushing, confidence and memory boosting and generally requires just one session.
Briefly, this finds the root cause of the problem or symptom and removes it, thus giving lasting release to the client. This doctrine is called ‘Cause and Effect’. Analysis reveals the cause and consequently relieves the symptoms. “Our problems are usually inside us but outside of our control”. All consultations are strictly by appointment only and confidentiality is assured. Each individual and each challenge is unique; therefore, the number of consultations varies. Suggestion Therapy usually takes 1-3 sessions which includes a Free Self-Hypnosis CD for reinforcement sessions at home. Hypno-Psychotherapy takes an average of 6 - 12 sessions which also includes a Free Self-Hypnosis CD to reinforce the work at home.

Suggestion Therapies
1-3 session is required which includes a personalized hypnotherapy CD with a free backup session available if Client returns to smoking within a year of consultation.
1-3 sessions is usually required which includes a personalised hypnotherapy CD for solution focussed therapy on the symptoms you consult with. The personalised CD will reinforce the work done in the clinic.
Hypno-Psychotherapy
Requires separate weekly sessions of approx. 50 minutes. This is a totally confidential and individual therapy. The first session is concerned with finding out about your unique situation and assessing how best to treat it.
